A semi-French service in Gastronomja


New Opening


The upcoming Friday at Browary Warszawskie is a day of great openings! On September 24 at 4.00pm, we will say "bonjour" in a new restaurant Gastronomja in our humble premises.


The multicultural culinary mix is joined by Polish, or even traditional Polish and (old) Warsavian cusine - Gastronomja Restaurant!
And since the service here will be "French", everything that is most important (preparing the dishes) will take place in front of your eyes and tables.

In a nutshell, Gastronomja is a carnivore restaurant with a selection of slow roasted ribs, pork and lamb, and seasoned beef steaks. The menu also includes classics of Polish cuisine. The chef is Daniel Saczuk, who worked for many years in well-known restaurants such as "U chefs" at the Europejski Hotel, then at "Soul Kitchen" and "Żebra i Kości".
