Warsaw Breweries invite you to fall harvest!

After the successful Pumpkin Fever and Goose for Saint Martin's Day, it's time for another themed menu at Warsaw Breweries! The hottest place in Warsaw invites you to the last autumn harvest this year! Do you crave for flavourful dishes with apples, mushrooms and baked potatoes? Come to Warsaw's Wola district and try limited dishes with seasonal ingredients that currently rule in the restaurants and cafes of Warsaw Breweries!

Warsaw Breweries invite you to the last autumn harvest this year. On this occasion, selected restaurants have prepared special dishes with gifts of autumn in the lead role!

We present the culinary schedule with the bounties of the fall season below.

They say that fall smells and tastes of baked potato. You can try those from the charcoal grill "Josper" served with mushrooms and sour cream at Warsaw Brewery.

Sobremesa Tapas Bar, on the other hand, will surprise you with two seasonal items on the current menu!

The first is Tortilla Rellena con setas del bosque, the Spanish potato omelet with onions layered with braised mushrooms, Manchego cheese with confit cherry tomatoes and mushroom aioli. Another suggestion of this restaurant is Tarta de Queso - the tart with Philadelphia cream, caramelized apples with cinnamon, nuts and raspberry mousse. Sounds delicious? Believe us, it tastes even better! But it's best to find out for yourself.

Do you fancy traditional Polish cuisine with a seasonal twist? Jasna Sprawa invites you to a real mushroom dish! Their menu includes a pork loin with a cabbage roll with mushrooms, mashed potatoes and bison grass sauce.

For all fans of American cuisine, we recommend going to the Boston Burger. In the menu, as the name suggests, there's a burger waiting! But not just any - this is a burger in the autumn version with double beef, mushroom coulis, fried oyster mushrooms, crisps and truffle aioli! We do not reveal more - we invite you to Food Hall Breweries.

Or maybe you dream of sunny Italy? A bit of Italy can be found at OCTO pasta & pizza (Food Hall Breweries). The restaurant serves pizza with mozzarella fior di latte, salsiccia bianca, pecorino cheese and french fries.

You will also try Italian "flat pies" in this autumn edition in Munja. Pica Nikšićanka with cream and mushroom sauce, mozzarella fior di latte, seasonal mushrooms and rosemary awaits you here.

a'Panu occo? (Food Hall Breweries) this time will surprise Neapolitan sandwich lovers by filling their panuozzo with beef tartare with anchovy mayonnaise, marinated Jerusalem artichoke and french fries.

If you want to prepare a pizza yourself at home, be sure to stock up on toppings from the Piccola Italia & Mediterraneo delicatessen. You will find here, among others, porcini extra virgin olive oil or sauce with porcini mushrooms and white truffle.

Selected cafes of Warsaw Breweries also invite you to unique desserts in the autumn version.

At Bakery you will try snail with mushroom duxelle, chives cheese and pickled shallots, and apple danish. At DESEO, ask for Dessert Mapple, a mousse based on maple syrup with apple in caramel and pumpkin sponge cake, and at Etno Cafe, ask for mulled apple juice. Vita Cafe, on the other hand, will warm your senses with Winter apple tea and apple pie on shortcrust pastry. These are perfect suggestions for cool autumn evenings!
