It's getting harder and harder to find snow in Warsaw Breweries, and it's getting easier to find spring novelties. And here, the first one to touched by spring fever turns out to be ETNO CAFE, which is bringing its menu up to date with spring in mind. The menu now includes spring croissants with goat's cheese, pear and spring vegetables, a stimulating (like spring) Matcha Latte in both hot and iced versions, a remarkable aloe vera lemonade with unusual and somewhat mysterious clitoria, and absolutely new sandwiches.
