A summer menu card has appeared at Pizza Lecentano. How about octopus served with chanterelles, new potatoes with mint, broad beans, cherry tomatoes and Calabrian spicy sausage?
As we mentioned, it is the chanterelles that play the main role!
Starters in the summer menu include mozzarella burrata with strawberries, summer salad with avocado and chanterelles, or chanterelles in butter with thyme.
And the soup? From fresh chanterelles;)
The main course is: tagliatelle with tiger prawns, octopus, salmon in cream with chanterelles and spinach, beef cheeks stewed in its own sauce, pizza with chanterelles by @ lili.antoniak or a board for two.
And at the end of this feast, something for dessert ... cream with mascarpone and ricotta cheese.
