Changes to the Wola Jazz Festival program: two exceptional concerts coming soon!
The next events of this year’s Wola Jazz Festival are fast approaching! This event is a real treat for jazz lovers—outstanding artists, well-known both in Poland and abroad, will appear on stage: Kuba Więcek and Dorota Miśkiewicz.
June 28 – Kuba Więcek Trio unchanged
As planned, on Friday, June 28 at 6:00 p.m., the open-air stage of the Central Garden will host Kuba Więcek - a saxophonist, composer, and music producer, winner of such prestigious awards as Paszport Polityki, Fryderyk, Olśnienia Onetu, and Mateusz Trójki. The artist will perform in a jazz trio together with double bassist Michał Barański and drummer Michał Miśkiewicz. The audience will hear not only classic jazz standards but also original compositions by Więcek, who is known for blending jazz with elements of hip-hop and electronic music. Since 2023, Kuba Więcek has led the band hoshii and is a resident of the Jassmine club, where he curates the Jazz Cats series, connecting musicians from around the world.
New date for Dorota Miśkiewicz’s concert – July 6, 6:00 p.m.
Important news for fans of Dorota Miśkiewicz—the artist’s concert has been rescheduled and will take place on July 6 at 6:00 p.m. She will be joined onstage by the outstanding saxophonist and legend of Polish jazz, Henryk Miśkiewicz. During the concert, you will hear Dorota Miśkiewicz’s latest album, “Bons Amigos,” recorded in Rio de Janeiro with Brazilian stars and a Latin jazz icon, guitarist Toninho Horta. Dorota Miśkiewicz, regarded as one of the most important voices on the Polish jazz scene, is also a composer and lyricist, multiple award-winner and nominee for the Fryderyks, as well as for the title of Vocalist of the Year in “Jazz Forum” magazine.

All concerts of the Wola Jazz Festival take place on the open-air stage of the Central Garden at Warsaw Breweries. Admission to all events is free.
