In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

3. Scope of personal data and data processing

The website of Browary Warszawskie can be viewed without providing personal data to a limited extent. In order to gain access to information intended for Registered Users, it is necessary to register with the Online Service, providing personal data.

b. Send to the Users, to their e-mail addresses and telephone numbers provided by them, answers to questions sent via the contact form, provided that the User has given their consent to receive them. The User may revoke their consent at any time. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of the data processing performed prior to the withdrawal of the consent.

c. Contact by phone, mail or e-mail provided that the User gave their consent to such contact while submitting a resume or job application.

4. User rights 

a. Providing data is voluntary. The User has the following rights related to the processing of their personal data by Echo Investment.

b. The right to rectify, request their deletion or restrict their processing.

c. The right to object to the processing of your data to Echo Investment.

d. The right to data portability to another data controller.

e. The right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
