"Jazz for Kids" is back
On Sunday, July 7th at 2:00 PM, another jazz concert for the youngest listeners will take place in Central Garden. Admission is free, and everyone is welcome!
The "Jazz for Kids" concert series is an initiative created in collaboration between Warsaw Breweries and the EuroJazz Foundation, which promotes this genre of music. The upcoming concert will feature the renowned trumpeter Jerzy Małek. The event will be hosted by vocalist Magdalena Este, who is also the author of the Polish adaptation of the lyrics. She will be accompanied by Mateusz Kaszuba on piano, Wojciech Pulcyn on double bass, and Sebastian Kuchczyński on drums. The concert will include specially selected and arranged jazz standards and songs with newly translated lyrics.
Jazz concerts for children offer a unique opportunity for musical exploration. By showcasing various instruments such as the saxophone, trumpet, drums, and double bass, children have the chance to discover sounds that may inspire them to learn to play an instrument and spark their curiosity about music. One of the key elements of our concerts is interaction. We encourage children to join in singing, clapping, and dancing. This form of active participation makes the events more engaging and memorable.
The concert is valuable entertainment for the whole family and, most importantly, an excellent opportunity to spend time together, having fun and learning at the same time.
Therefore, we warmly invite you to participate and enjoy the event!
