Summer is in full swing, and Warsaw Breweries is buzzing with energy. More and more people are choosing to start their Saturday mornings with us, joining activities that combine physical fitness, relaxation, and a great atmosphere. Outdoor yoga and workouts are the perfect way to recharge for the day ahead, regardless of your experience level, as many of you who have already tried our sessions can attest.
For those of you who would like to join us, we invite you on the next two Saturdays (August 24th and 31st) to the Laboratory Courtyard at 56 Grzybowska Street.
We kick off at 9:00 AM with Deepwork by Well Fitness. This dynamic workout engages the whole body, strengthening both muscles and mind. It’s a powerful way to start the day, and its growing popularity speaks for itself—join the group of people who have already discovered the benefits of this activity!
At 10:00 AM, we slow things down with yoga by Ashtanga Yoga Studio. After an intense workout, it’s time to unwind. Yoga is attracting more and more participants who are discovering how wonderfully it balances body and mind.
Outdoor sessions are a fantastic way to enjoy the summer while taking care of your health in the unique space of Warsaw Breweries. Let’s meet every Saturday to celebrate physical activity together and start the day with a smile!
And after the workout? Exercise and yoga are just the beginning of a great day. Warsaw Breweries is the perfect place to wrap up your morning with a relaxing coffee or a healthy meal at one of our cafés or restaurants. We invite you to enjoy a delicious breakfast!
