BAKEN
The BAKEN menu now features new breakfast options:
- Toast with scrambled eggs, onion jam, and potatoes
- Toast with Faroe Islands salmon
- Roasted pumpkin salad
- Cottage cheese dumplings with plums
- Mushroom-loaded ‘Chamski’ toast
DESEO
Autumn favorite Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake returns to DESEO in a new style! This time, the pumpkin cheesecake with a hint of orange and velvety cinnamon ganache is presented as a charming, tiny pumpkin-shaped monoporcion.
Fall at DESEO wouldn’t be complete without the signature Cinnamon Bun, reimagined this year as a Cruffin, filled with a smooth cinnamon cream and decadent cinnamon caramel, all coated in cinnamon sugar and topped with Speculoos crumble.
For those who love autumn in a cup, there’s:

Sobremesa Tapas Bar
In Sobremesa's seasonal menu, you’ll find: Mini tapas (available Oct. 12-20):

- Vol-au-vent with salmon mousse
- Morcilla with goat cheese
- Pinchos with baby squid
- Set of four mini tapas
Warm drinks have also been added: winter tea, ginger infusion, and mulled wine.
Wyraj
Wyraj is a Slavic restaurant built around the concept of seasonality and the changing seasons. Slavic cuisine draws from nature, making use of plants and herbs known for centuries. The menu offers intriguing flavor combinations that evoke the essence of autumn. Noteworthy options include the Sękacz and Apple Cake. For those who enjoy the autumn atmosphere, Wyraj especially recommends warming drinks that comfort both body and soul. The menu includes a selection of teas, infusions (including herbal ones), and herbal sticks, which not only have a unique taste and aroma but also provide health benefits.
