You can also enjoy TISZ Festival dishes at Warsaw Breweries
The seventh edition of TISZ - Jewish Food Festival, organized by the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, will also take place at Warsaw Breweries this year! From October 16–20, select restaurants will offer the chance to savor Jewish cuisine specialties.
Warsaw Breweries is a key spot on the culinary map of the capital, as well as a venue committed to promoting culture. TISZ - the Jewish Food Festival - is a fantastic initiative that brings the history and tradition of Jewish cuisine closer to the public, so we are thrilled to be part of it. Our restaurateurs will present modern interpretations of dishes that will take our guests on a journey through the flavors of pre-war Warsaw and beyond. The festival menu, inspired by Jewish culinary traditions from around the world, has been prepared by restaurants: Mykonos, Bombaj Masala, Sobremesa, Alma, and Wyraj.
TISZ – Jewish Food Festival
TISZ is not only a culinary adventure but also an opportunity to discover the richness of Jewish culture. The theme of this year's festival is CRAFT. During five days of unique culinary events, workshops, and tours, participants will learn about local Jewish cuisine and artisanal traditions, present both in pre-war shtetls and large cities. More information about the festival events can be found at https://polin.pl/pl/tisz2024.
