50 METERS OF STAIRS – INSPIRATION FOR TOP ARTISTS!
The architectural design of Warsaw Breweries is a magnet for both toursits and Varsovians alike. The cherry on top of the complex's architecture are its photogenic and colourful stairs that have been attracting lots of camera attention since October last year. Friday March 25th marks the opening of the stairs' third exhibit. The author of this one-of-a-kind project is Jan Kallwejt who used his unique style to emphasize and present the Breweries' spring character.
Dawid Ryski was the first artist to undertake this challenge, presenting the character of this new location in the heart of Wola district, in a very creative way. He showcased many of the Brewries' attractions and entertainment options that guests arriving here have access to, using unique and exciting means of expression. His graphics were to blame for the stairs going viral on social media. The following exhibit was authored by Michał Loba – an illustrator who uniquely captured what awaits the customers at Warsaw Breweries. The Breweries' stairs have become a welcome addition to the Wola art scene, but now the hype regarding its new exhibit has engulfed the whole country.
FROM DAWN TILL DUSK – WARSAW BREWERIES IN THE EYES OF JAN KALLWEJT!
It is no secret that the previous artists have set the artistic challenge bar really high. Both Dawid Ryski and Michał Loba have created spectacular projects that are still on everyone's lips. Jan Kallwejt is another gifted illustrator who took up the challenge, this time to unveil spring at Warsaw Breweries. Jan is a renowned and experienced Polish artist who specializes in illustration and graphic design. His works have been featured in many press releases, advertising campaigns and other projects all over the world. He cooperated with some of the top magazines, and companies such as Honda, Sony or Nike. His illustrations are very detailed and often adorned with a sense of humour and abstraction. They are based on simple, iconic forms and often include sports related elements.
