MIPIM Awards are awarded during the International Real Estate and MIPIM Investment Fairs in Cannes – one of the biggest and most prestigious events of the kind in the world.
Warsaw Breweries is a flagship destination project of Echo Investment, designed by JEMS Architekci studio. Its realization started in 2016 and was completed in 2021. What used to be 4.4 hectares of practically barren land has become a living part of the city in its right, with three modern office buildings, five residential buildings, and four buildings of historical significance: the Malthouse, the cellars of Leżakownia, Villa Schiele, and the Laboratory.
In a place formerly known all over the country for the beer brewed therein, a fantastically designed space has emerged combining historical and modern architecture, private and public spaces, as well as greenery and buildings.
Breweries are office spaces designed in line with the newest trends – over one thousand condos for sale and lease.
Breweries are open and green public spaces, coupled with food and entertainment offers to fit every taste. 26 concept food and beverage venues opened here in 2021; among them a popular choice for Varsovians – Food Hall Browary with 12 restaurant outlets and bars.
Breweries are a meeting point for absolutely everyone! Favored by business people, Varsovians and tourists alike, and celebrities and influencers.
