Italian Vineyard at the Breweries
Piccola Italia & Mediterraneo is now home to four new wines from Fattoria Colmone vineyard of the Italian region of Marche.
Two of the are white vinification wines - merlot and sangiovese.
White vinification is the process of pruoducing white wine from red grapes. The procedure of white vinification (accelerated separation of grape pulp from the skins and low temperature fermentation) infuses white wine with its red fruit character. This is a golden opportunity for wine lovers, usually hard to find at wine shops.

- Bianco Del Moro Marche IGT – white vinification sangiovese 100%
- Ciaccio da Colmone I Terrini Sanseverino Moro DOC - montepulciano grape variety 60%, sangiovese 40%
- RePiero Marche IGT - cabernet sauvignon grape variety 50%, petit verdot 50%
