We decided to do a recon and collect all the different options that you can order at our concepts.
Would you like to eat shellfish? Lobsters, crabs or maybe shrimps? You can get the last ones in crispy tempura, grilled or served with essence broth. Oysters? Find your favorite kind among: fine de claire, belon and gilardeau. On the other hand, lovers of clams can choose between Amandes and St. James' shells.
For cephalopod amateurs, there's octopus marinated or grilled, and calamari is stuffed with risotto, served cold or fried.
What you decide on is entirely a matter of your taste. All we can suggest is that you should try these sea perfections at any of the following places. We hope you will find uniqueness among them that will make you come back to the Breweries more than once to remember how the real sea tastes!
